- Produce strategic white papers and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
