Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, analyzing megatrends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder inputs into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments aligned with 2026 market projections
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging technological disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor forums
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual and hybrid environments
