- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring thought leaders from 15+ emerging sectors
- Mentor a dedicated futures research team while maintaining a personal research publication portfolio
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies and societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and synthetic biology trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with global trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, WEF Future Council)
