- Produce executive-level briefings on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present quarterly future-state assessments to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sectors
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
