Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technology disruptors
- Design immersive foresight simulations using AR/VR for stakeholder engagement and decision support
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through advanced scenario modeling and risk assessment protocols
- Mentor next-generation futurists while establishing industry best practices for long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF, CFP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience with immersive technologies (AR/VR) for strategic visualization and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-driven initiatives generating $10M+ impact
