- Measure KPIs and deliver quarterly ROI reports on innovation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in future-tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Certification in Lean Innovation or similar methodology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
