Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead end-to-end execution of breakthrough initiatives, from ideation to market deployment
- Champion emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for 2026 deliverables
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $15M annually
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformational projects
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (foresight, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, biotech, AI)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and innovation frameworks
