- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets through strategic partnerships and funding channels
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Champion a culture of experimentation and agile innovation across global teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, IoT) and industry disruption patterns
- Track record of launching innovative products/services generating $50M+ revenue
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience securing venture capital or government innovation grants
