- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation impact on market expansion and competitive advantage
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate R&D cycles
- Champion human-centered design principles ensuring ethical deployment of frontier technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology architecture, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in futures methodology and technology trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and executive domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
