Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning strategic goals with emerging tech trends such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Foresight Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and market shifts to predict future needs and opportunities for the organization.
- Innovation Labs: Lead and manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future-state scenarios into actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and resources dedicated to long-term R&D projects, ensuring maximum ROI on future investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Edge Computing) and their potential impact on business models.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future and translate abstract concepts into concrete, actionable plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: A history of navigating rapid change and driving initiatives in dynamic environments.
