Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Biotech, Sustainable Tech) to develop breakthrough products and services
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
- Manage a $50M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Foster an experimental culture through innovation labs and hackathons
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven impact on 5+ major product launches
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Track record of scaling innovation from R&D to $100M+ revenue streams
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
