Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
