Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify operational bottlenecks and solve them through technology.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for technology infrastructure and R&D initiatives.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks that scale for a global 2026 footprint.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, Strategic Planning, or Engineering Management.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning pipelines, and automation.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
