Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through strategic partnerships and investor relations
- Establish KPIs to track innovation ROI and market adoption of future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration within the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management (MBA preferred)
- Experience securing >$3M in innovation funding or venture capital partnerships
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
