Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap for core infrastructure systems aimed at the 2026 release cycle.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural risk assessments.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
