Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define the long-term technical architecture for the '2026' initiative, aligning with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-scale data and AI workloads.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Hardware) to integrate into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect our future assets and data integrity.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refactor legacy systems to ensure peak performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Tech: Experience with AI integration, blockchain, or next-gen computing paradigms is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
