Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven impact in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Track record of scaling startups to unicorn valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and quantum governance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Patents in at least two emerging tech domains
