Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026-era digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AR/VR interfaces, decentralized networks, and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in leading large-scale tech innovation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive audiences
