- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure adoption readiness for 2026 capabilities
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with agile resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record launching future-facing tech products (post-2020)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Publishing record in tech journals or white papers on future trends
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
