Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple international offices
- Certification in sustainable tech frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SASB)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding for innovative projects
