Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile environments
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
