Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum machine learning and neural interfaces
- Architect scalable innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal hackathons and innovation sprints
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or relevant patents
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts
