Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and neural interfaces

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in disruptive innovation
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech with published research or patents
- Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers and researchers in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar R&D budgets and manage complex projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Global network of industry contacts and partnerships with leading tech organizations
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards
