Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends such as Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to evaluate and prototype new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures capable of supporting next-generation data demands.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects on future-proofing best practices.
- Vendor Management: Assess and select technology partners that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and edge computing.
- Foresight: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting technical strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with high ambiguity.
