Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market gaps
- Partner with C-suite to align technological investments with future business objectives
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with global tech innovators and research institutions
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market deployment
