Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-grade innovations
- Certified in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
