Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years in technology strategy at FAANG-tier or quantum research labs
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Active contributor to IEEE or ACM future-tech working groups
