Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ innovations
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
- Portfolio of published future-tech research or strategy documents
