Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends through 2026, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in nascent tech sectors
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and market shifts
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
