Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives for enterprise applications
- Architect sustainable AI frameworks with carbon-negative design principles
- Coordinate with UN Tech Task Force on ethical AI governance standards
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototyping future technologies
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE global conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech specialization programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in blockchain, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech to enterprise level
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or Technology Foresight
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government collaborative projects
