Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify 2026-relevant innovations (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional prototype teams from concept to MVP
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Build partnerships with academic research institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership on technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech integration
- Published futurist or technology forecasting experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and global tech innovators
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
