- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography and post-quantum transition strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or Futurology (with 8+ years industry experience)
- Proven track record of scaling technology impact from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
