Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology trajectories through 2026-2030
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Architect ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Drive cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with quantum computing and biotech teams
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor emerging talent in our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- 7+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated 10-year forecasting success
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics or equivalent
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neurotech, or climate AI
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio of 5+ implemented future-forward solutions
