Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive tech risks and opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology maturity and market readiness for next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts for commercial viability
- Represent company at global tech forums shaping 2026 industry standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to decision-makers
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
