Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 using scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks and decentralized governance protocols
- Lead cross-functional task forces in implementing neuro-interfaces and brain-computer interfaces
- Produce strategic white papers on climate-resilient infrastructure and symbiotic robotics
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of autonomous systems and digital consciousness
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through DARPA/NASA partnerships and venture capital channels
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in predictive modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum information theory
- Expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
