Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology adoption cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG-tier companies or top-tier research labs
- Published work in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Security clearance preferred for sensitive research projects
