Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation prototyping budgets
- Partner with academic labs on next-gen technology validation
- Author quarterly 'Tech Horizon 2026' industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (2018-2025 validated)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (CompSci, Engineering, Futures Studies)
- Prior experience building innovation pipelines for 2020+ horizons
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
