Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bioinformatics) and assess business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and implementation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption cycles (e.g., AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
