Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate next-gen startups
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Architect cross-industry pilot programs for quantum-secure infrastructure
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in agile development of futuristic prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech ethics
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for speculative technologies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
