As a key member of our Future Technologies Division, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams to explore quantum computing, advanced AI ethics, biotech integration, and sustainable tech frameworks. You'll shape product roadmaps while maintaining rigorous ethical standards and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on future tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
