Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and patent landscape analysis
