Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership reports on the societal impact of technological singularity
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and ethical tech design
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar innovation hubs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
