Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on next-gen innovations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for continuous trend identification
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
