Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for large-scale natural language processing and computer vision tasks.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with the ethics board to ensure alignment with safety and regulatory standards.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency for real-time edge applications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior researchers within the team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals or conferences.
