Your Mission:
To design, implement, and deploy robust AI models that are robust, scalable, and ethically sound, paving the way for the future of intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures for large-scale data processing and predictive modeling.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy for AI product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reduce latency, and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, Llama), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.
