Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms and evaluate their feasibility for commercial application.
- Optimize existing systems for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying models to production environments at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
