Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for cutting-edge AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical design principles
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for global AI governance bodies
- Design ethical testing protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Proven expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published work in peer-reviewed ethics or AI journals
