Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for emerging AI technologies (2026-2030 roadmap)
- Conduct foresight research on societal impacts of quantum computing and neural tech
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in product development
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in autonomous systems and biotech interfaces
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, academics, and industry partners
- Publish thought leadership on responsible AI adoption in high-impact journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech ethics, AI governance, or futurism research
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and neural interface technologies
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
