Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions in 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI ethics with global stakeholders
- Research emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces) for ethical implications
- Advise C-suite on responsible innovation strategies
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Collaborate with UN Tech Ethics Council on global standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or futurism roles
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and biometric tech
- Proven track record in ethical framework development
- Experience with international policy bodies (UN, OECD, WEF)
- Exceptional written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on technology's societal impact
- Fluency in at least one non-English language
