As a key member of our Future Technologies Division, you'll collaborate with world-class researchers, product engineers, and policy experts to define ethical guardrails for autonomous systems, quantum computing applications, and neural interfaces. You'll influence how AI evolves over the next decade while maintaining our commitment to transparency, fairness, and human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional task forces to assess societal impact of emerging technologies (biotech, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Develop corporate governance policies for responsible AI deployment across 15+ product lines
- Partner with academic institutions to establish industry standards for 2026 technology ethics
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience architecting ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or quantum computing
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Published research on AI ethics or future tech societal impact (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership with product/engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
